Requirements
Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent
More than two years Exp in an HR/OD environment
Strong attention to detail and meticulous organization skills
Ability to communicate at ease with all levels of staff
Assist both HR and OD Manager on various projects
Good working understanding of the relevant legislation applicable to the HR discipline

Call Centre Sales Rep

Handle all inbound calls
Through outbound activities grow reseller account base and grow business in existing base utilizing the Transactional programs.
Through outbound call activities, email and fax, promote current programs and promotions
Provide reseller with latest product information, configuration, pricing information and support them in product selection and transition
Assist resellers close orders by checking availability and supply, validate pricing, and applying special bid offers if appropriate
Deal with pre and post sales
Develop Client relationships over the telephone and execute the coverage plan to maximize revenue and profit and to satisfy need of potential customers.
Manage weekly sales forecasts and opportunity management
Ability to recommend the right products for proposed opportunity
Articulate product range clearly to the reseller and customers
Be able to provide Resellers with the necessary information/
Articulate required product knowledge to Resellers / customer to ensure unique value add and differentiators to competitors are communicated

4P Manager

The 4P manager is responsible for product portfolio definition, product pricing, promotion budget allocation and identifying internal/external opportunities to develop the marketing campaign plan. The 4P manager needs to work closely with COE, the marketing team and channel sale team cross functions. The 4P manager works with MI team to analyze and evaluate the market environment to support the business decision. This also includes cooperation with the COE product team to define the product portfolio plan and manage the Topseller planning tool.

As part of the job the 4P manager needs to develop business tools to monitor major KPI’s using these KPI’s to ensure that the right actions are taken in country on promotions, portfolio, channel and marketing drive.

The 4P manager works independently and takes initiative on complex issues and manages the full forecast for the region down to product and country level. As part of this forecast the 4P manager need monitor the execution of the forecast and drive for higher forecast accuracy moving forward. On sales-Out the role is not only to monitor but to set Target too at a global level and at family level.

Monitor on a weekly basis and take corrective action if needed.

Campaign Transition : At one point of time, the 4P manager has to handle 3 campaigns in parallel (ie : Flush-out promo of previous Campaign, Sales-In of current Campaign and Positioning of future Campaign).

He needs to be both short-term and mid-term minded.
